She still complains that her room is very warm. With table fan right infront of her, she still feels warm. She on level 7, top level - guess thats why.

I always had the idea that the higher you are, the cooler as there is more wind.

The trees in the centre aren't very tall, no other tall building around to block the sun rays either. Even for high rise bldgs, the highest lvl is not very sought after, I think.

Some of my boy's classmates do not change into pyjamas. They wear one set of clothing after sch, go for dinner and sleep. If weather is hot, I think very soon the room will smell bad too

Nobody wears pyjamas in camp or school trips(overseas/locally), lah! And definitely not in boarding school !

They just wear shorts/tee to sleep. No aircon anyway!

I think diff pple diff practices 😉

Allowed to go home for the weekends? O.o

Yes, Fridays out, Sunday evening back in.

Triplediao, you can name 4 classmates as your choice of roommate and the school will try to match according to your order of preferrence. Of course, the other party should also put you on her list ...

School starts 7.40am except for Thurs which starts at 8.40am[/quote]Now headache abt the transportation as we stay at west coast area quite far from the school... at what time students must reach the school? any assembling or other activities before school hour?

Generally or rather so far no activites before school hours so just need to be there before 7.40am. Many students are living far away from school. Mine takes an hour each to get there and back but she has schoolmates who live as far as Pasir Ris too ....

My boy likes to reach school before 7am. If he takes bus, he'd leave by 6am and reach around 6.30-6.45am. He does this even on Thursdays.

                Hi Phankao,

We need to plan our holidays a year ahead…I understand they start Term 1 later at around 11th or 12th of Jan…so when do they hv the term breaks? Is it the same as other schools listed in MOE site?

I would also prefer to reach school at least 1/2h earlier. I live all the way at Yio Chu Kang. I'm supposed to take a bus there next year on my own. Totally lost. No time to do research yet. Haha 🙂

I think a bus ride will take about 45min anyway.

Next year should be 10th Jan? Yes, all other holidays same as other schools, as listed by MOE.
