Does Pepsi Cola go like this?

      Pepsi Cola 123,
      Swinging penguin so heavy,
      Sometimes swing to… right-ie,
      Sometimes swing to… left-ie,
      Paunchy penguin such a cutie.

      Pepsi Cola 123,
      ChiefKiasu very girly,
      Play dollies in solitary,
      Not sharing with all girlies,
      Naughty fellow need spankies.

            Hi

Hv anyone ever send their kids to I CAN READ-Bukit Timah Plaza Branch?? How the teachers over there? Any feedback? :?

Previously, my 2 kids are at Woodlands Civic Centre Branch, which I find that the teachers are good & staffs are helpful.

I requested to transfer my 2 kids to Bukit Timah Branch since I moving to this area end of March.

Till now, I still waiting for Bukit Timah Branch to contact me for the classes. I have called them a few times until I oso fed up. :stupid:

So I really want to know is it worth waiting? πŸ™

                    KSP:
                    RRMummy:

KSP, I called icreative, unfortunately they do not have anymore available slots even until next year!! 😒

If you can get your child into icreative programme and follow thru K1/K2, your child will be well prepared for P1. That is my experience.

KSP, could you share a little more on your experience with I-creative? Thanks!

My son (K1) has been with icreative learner for 1 year plus now.

icL stress a lot on reading - parents have to read at least once a day to their children. Find this to be very sound advice no matter what program your child attends.

Classes are conducted in teacher's homes and each class has I think about 5/6 children. Kids do writing, rhymes, speech bubbles etc. Phonics is covered but it forms a small part of what the child goes through. I recall from the introduction conducted that by the end of K2, each child would also be exposed to comprehension and simple composition.

My son loves the lessons although there's homework to be done - sometimes writing, or drawing. Parents have homework to complete also (esp in the beginning part). No regrets on signing him up, in fact, I have registered son 2 for 2010 intake with the same teacher (in 2008). πŸ˜›

                        Hi hquek,

                        Thanks a lot for sharing.

I've just started with them for 1 lesson and realised (I missed the orientation) that there's quite a bit to do besides reading to my son! He needs to be able to read the 8 words given out by the next lesson!

I guess your elder one started the foundation program at N2? So, their guarantee that the kid will be able to read by 5 years old is true - of coz, with the committed parent who follows their instruction? :?
