If your child who is appearing for PSLE 2010 has attempted the 2010 Top school Prelims papers, Just share with us how they fared (out of 10, E= Easy, A= Average, D= Difficult)?

Did your child's class teacher go through these good school papers with your child, I know some schools do that, this is not related to what you are asking..but wondering if your child's school is like that?

My child's class teacher has given them only random questions. My frenz has been suggesting that we need to make our kids do the entire paper mainly to assess the standard and then for time management. :idea: ????

Oh, I think need to do whole paper..my friend does that esp for time management..I dont have a p6 myself but this is what I hear..but strange that your child does not do in class because from what I know..most of my friends kids all do that now..they even have extra classes just to do exam papers in an exam kind of condition..which school is this do you mind me asking? (so I know which schools to erhmm recommend or not to recommend my friends..)

My teacher also picks questions randomly, she says that she is worried she may violate the copy right law.

My teacher gave us another question again.

At a fitness carnival,1600 people participated in a Mass Dance and Taiji. 30% of the Mass dance participants were adults. 40% of the Taiji participants were children. During a break, some Mass Dance participants went to join Taiji and some Taiji participants went to join the Mass Dance. After the change, 25% of the Mass Dance participants and 75% of the Taiji participants were adults. How many Mass Dance participants were there after the change?


I could not make 1 unit of Taiji & Mass Dance participants the same. Please help!

The Red Swastika English paper seems rather simple…

I think the answer to your question is 1200 people in Mass Dance after the change.


However, I’m not too sure how to post up my answers here. Very hard to type out.
I managed to work out on the basis that the total number of adults did not change. The total number of children did not change too.
