I think conclusion is easy then.... SD for a* will be higher then.
Oh? alot of people in my class lost some marks in this math paper. some more top class leh! so sad. 😒 bcoz of carelessness. i dunno bout the rest of the candidates in the school. so maybe those who score well in math have a higher chance of getting an a*. πŸ˜„

As predicted, the Math paper was easy. Which is great for above average students, but not great for those who excel in Math because there's not much to separate the brilliant from the very good.

u were right. easy this yr, sigh!

After so much \"Free Advertising\" for last yr Maths Paper,
            on newsapapers, TV, online forums,
so for this yr they have to do something abt it....... πŸ˜‰

just like the 2007 PSLE Maths, thereafter 2008 was an easy paper

but i personally found that the 2007 Maths paper wasn't that difficult,
of course, i could only see those questions which were available and not the exact copy,
any1 would like to input yr view on this??

DS said paper 2 was a terror! Very challenging. Would like to find out from parents out there how your kids find it?

Not sure if the questions seem harder given the exam condition. In any case, everything is relative. This year's Maths paper is certainly easier than last year's based on the feedback so far.

My niece who was P4 at the time could solve all of them. BUT solving a question in the comfort of your home with no pressure is very different from trying to solve it in an exam hall with a time restriction.
