      HI 2D mommy

My son is born in 2006. We submitted already and was told that they will be contacting us this month or so if we are successful. If we do not hear anything, it means no chance… not sure if they will be upset with me if i called to check.

P5 HCL is conducted after school hours; currently its on Mondays from 2.15pm to 3.45pm

How different is the Chinese lesson and HCL conducted? My son is in P4 this year, his chinese marks falls between high 80s to low 90s, cannot decide whether or not to let him take HCL next year.

Which class is your son in? Mine is in 4C. I think as long as he is doing well and enjoy the language, then can let him try to do HCL.

When can we choose whether to take HCL?
Hee hee...I will be opting out.
Too much effort for 3 marks.

                Hi Lifeets,
Now it's only mid Oct, if they still don't contact you by end Oct, give them a call. I don't think they will be upset even if you call them now, at least you don't have to wonder and can go ahead with your other plans if you are not selected.

                        1) Move house
                        2) Be a Catholic 😉
