I usually make my own. Yes, cut the dried chillies… boil them well

… and then put them in the blender. Cos no preservatives are healthier.
But due to the busier days these days, a friend suggested i try out OS at
the mama shop… she says less salty and last longer. They have expiry
date indicated behind the pack. Sheng Siong sells it too. So far not too
bad. And not much vinegar smell as compared to other brands & also
not too watery.
