      Hi belle.

DS also tends to prefer ming ti cos he always cannot comprehend pic well and also like to be creative.

Thank you Tinkerbelle, all the best to your dd too.

These few days, ds has been in a high stress mode.Today is English PAPER one. What about yours?

      Hi Leanne,
What a coincidence. DD also had Paper 1 today, but for both Eng and MT. So stressful! She chose situational writing for Eng and 'ming t'i for MT. She tends not to choose the picture compo. She said that she's not creative and tends to misinterpret the pictures. ๐Ÿ˜

          Hi all,

How is the preparation going on ?

Now get dd to do one set each of Maths daily on Section A & B and Science on Section B during the morning - afternoon.

At night then do certain section of English and CL.

In between she is enjoying TV program, play game and go out for a nice lunch and some window shopping.

All the best to everybody and do well in SA2.

            Hi Brenda10,

Finally, the exam is just next week.Nine days to finishing line ....

Hey, we practise and go through more on math than the rest of the subjects.Probably language is more on the foundation.

Did you let your dd practise on paper two math, other than paper one?Just wonder.I find paper two very draining.

All the best for your dd exam too.

              Hi Lynn2

              Thank you for your highlight.

Yes the exam will start next week and finish by 2 Nov, thatโ€™s meant we are going to say goodbye to P5 very soon.

In fact we have kicked off the Maths P2 earlier and left the Maths P1 to work on when closer to the exam.

Agree with you that we also spent most of the time in Maths.

I also wish your dd good luck in her exam too.

              Cheers :celebrate:

Thanks again for the all well wishes.

How do you go through all the paper two math quetions with your dd?I find that there are simply too many and there is no time simply to redo every questions. What about your dd?

                    Hi James,
Thanks .Just hope dd maintain her results and that is all I asked for.

                      Hi Lynn

Usually we just go through at that time when she did wrongly.

Now we just remind her to take note like: remainder, internal transfer or external transfer etc. For ratio there are various way to attempt therefore have to observe the questions carefully.

                      Thank you

                        Thanks for the great pointers.
I lost track on the math questions.Just hope she remembers the mistake that she has made. There is no way to redo everything now.I guess its the consistent practise that counts...
