Anyway, think bad advice by an unknown lawyer lah ... or perhaps the lady is going against his advise. If so, she should have engaged a really prominent (who has vast experience in similar cases) lawyer.

If she goes against her lawyer's advice,
he can choose not to represent her.

It was stated in the article that she left her handbag and mobile phone in the staff room before proceeding to the classroom to do her work and it was only upon emerging at 1pm that she realised she got locked in.

her stuff are locked in the staff room and she was somewhere else. then got panicked... the whole incident is silly...

may be the area she was stuck in has no phone and her mobile was in her bag in the office while she may be at the classroom block

but honestly, with teacher with this kind of mentality to solve problem, i fear for the next generation / kids under her in school
