the teachers are very nice and patient. i did not send my boys to other chinese enrichment centres, so cant compare. but i have no complains about berries (orchard).

my boys love going to berries.
my younger DS prefers berries (orchard) to his childcare (this childcare has a lovely environment).

my elder DS used to dislike chinese ........ now, he loves chinese, after attending berries (orchard).

Can anyone share feedback for Berries in K1 of the West Coast, Tanglin & Orchard branch?


Understand that Orchard would be moving to a bigger area with 12 classrooms. Hopefully the weekend crowd not as worst like I heard from Bishan.

Only sent my boys to the one at Palais Renaissance.
Wanted to change to a branch or other enrichment centres nearer my home,
but since they are happy there, I did not change.

I have visited another centre.Their material is drilling which ds doesnt like.For instance, this word he already know, and he has to repeat doing it for the whole worksheet.

As for in berries, the resources is 一针见血,instead going round and round.
Apparently, their materials is of standard.The next in line will be JIANG material which I heard from friend.

So you would think that Berries is sufficient for preparing for PSLE??

I saw their website. They have 2 hour class just for paper 2 ...

But yes, at the same I am thinking that my boy won't have too much time for attending outside classes. And that it should not be too different from doing assessment work at home?

I can't give comments as we never attend the class before.

There are several components in the paper 2, which is the section you aim to work on ?

Hi there.


They took away the two hours paper two class.Now, replaced by three hour class.That is why me and ds calling it a quit.
