Have spoken to some teachers, and they have lamented that the school has a ranking system in place too! :!:

If fall below certain Grade, No Chance of Salary Adjustment / Bonus at Year End, Let Alone Promotion, etc ....
- and this is ALL control by \"ONE\" Almighty Hand in PH ....
Better Obey, Or Else .....

Maybe those who are passing time for retirement can be left out...otherwise I would say most of the teachers who have taught my son for the past 4 years should have no problems with increment and promotion...accorded by that ALMIGHTY in PH.

What happens to service with a SMILE in the Govt sectors?
Maybe MOE should implement a service standard in school Too?
(Then we Parents will have an Avenue to \"VOICE\" our Not so Pleasant Experience .... and CROSS our Fingers and Hope for Service Improvement????)

This ranking is conducted for all schools. I've seen more insensate Ps. I guess not everyone can be in that position and we should be more forgiving, look at the big picture, all Ps want the best for their schools, just like all parents want the best for their kids, ya?

To me, it is impt that teachers are passionate with their jobs- teaching. And keep in mind at all times the song Whitney Houston sang \"The Greatest Love of All\" and appreciate each child's uniqueness.
