Principal won't be leaving at least for the next 3-4 years...so we have to bear with her lack of friendliness Even with KPIs to meet, I'm sure the act of smiling should still be remembered :? Maybe for a HOT school like Pei Hwa, there is no need to show any friendliness since balloting is required for those staying within 1km.


I was told that P1s or P4s should be using assessment books 1 level above to improve :?: For English synthesis, I find that teachers are using some of the connectors from P5 assessment book.

If fall below certain Grade, No Chance of Salary Adjustment / Bonus at Year End, Let Alone Promotion, etc ....

Maybe those who are passing time for retirement can be left out...otherwise I would say most of the teachers who have taught my son for the past 4 years should have no problems with increment and promotion...accorded by that ALMIGHTY in PH.

What happens to service with a SMILE in the Govt sectors?
Maybe MOE should implement a service standard in school Too?
(Then we Parents will have an Avenue to \"VOICE\" our Not so Pleasant Experience .... and CROSS our Fingers and Hope for Service Improvement????)
