TIA.[/quote]Yes, only those students that are being notified to collect prizes will attend. The rest will be school holi wef next fri onwards...

Actually, the prize giving would be:

1) top 3 and model pupil in each class
2) top 3 in the whole level
3) Best in each subject

Heard from my DD2 (P1) that this yr there are more than 1 (if she’s not wrong quite a few) Best in Chinese.

Her FT also told everyone his/her position in the class and whole level though it’s not recorded in the report book. I thunk they’ll get their report books on Wed so can return on Thursday 'cos Friday no school (only prize receipents need to go sch).

Windows, my DD1 in P6 this year; throughout her 6 years in KHS, only 1 yr her FT informed the class about everyone's position in class. So I guess it depends on FT.

Yes, Windows, all along only 1 parent will be invited to the prize giving ceremony 'cos there'll be a mini-buffet so sch has to budget. Btw there'll be a concert too - usually consists of a show case of their SYF award winning performances eg choir, chinese orchestra, gu zheng and chinese dance; sometimes wu shu too! Superb performances 'cos they are usually silver/gold or even gold with honours.

Actually all our DDs and DSs deserved some celebration as they have survived their P1 and so fast, they'll be moving on to P2.
