Other HODs I dunno, can only confirm for one very famous HOD.

No pupil/parents dared not to engage tutor or self coach. Pupils' good results were not a reflection of the quality of sch lessons. Even though some parents complained, nothing much was done.

After reading the posts, I wish I had received the annual yearbook instead of the Booklist now! FT was absent, so probably that’s why the yearbooks were not distributed to the class. Do we need to pay for it? Remember paying for last year’s one.

Hehe. That's the problem. I don't remember paying for it. Just called up school, admin said all paid up at the beginning of the year. It was under misc fees. Hehe...too long ago, slipped my mind.
