@buds: I’m sorry, I don’t know what tips to share, really, as my daughter has been there since P1. ‘hope your girls will be accepted there. The fee at Graceland is $280 per month. we have actually pulled out our daughter around August, I can’t quite recall all the details. I recall they follow a daily timetable on when to review Math, English, etc. They would have lunch, then tea break around 4:00 a.m. They would assist in the students’ homeworks, as well. Just to clarify, we only pulled out our daughter because we don’t need child care anymore, as my MIL is already staying with us.

@bbc: They have PE sessions twice a week. I don’t think they are allowed to wear PE attire during non PE days. But, I guess not to the point of not letting the childi into the school, if in case he/she is not wearing the proper attire for the day.

School hours for 2011 has changed to (7.45am to 1.45pm). Must report to school by 7.25am. Nothing mention on Thursday.

Yeah, it's not that long. Chris Yip Bus Services is the one my daughter is taking. It's one of the 2 accredited bus companies of Innova. The dismissal time of the school is:

            M, T, W, F: 1:30 p.m.
            Th: 3:30 p.m.

            Thanks for the information.

For dismissal at 3.30pm on Thu, what activities do the students normally hv?

Do you know if Innova conducts tests for prospective P1s on Orientation Day? If yes, what are the kids tested on?

Nothing mention on \"Thursday\" for next year. Don't think that the kids will need to stay till 3.30pm on Thursday anymore since the school hours had changed.

On Orientation, if there are tests, I believe most likely will be English and Maths. If no, then maybe school after re-opens.

It stated clearly that only PE attires are allowed on PE days. You are only allowed to change to PE attire after school for your CCA. But then, there are a few wear PE attires on non-PE day. Punishment? No as far as I know. For next year, hard to say lor...

Signing in. My daughter is in P1 at Innova.

hi hi... seems like Innova Primary is a dark horse this year for 2010 P1 intake. So far, can you share with me how you feel about this primary school? I thought of enrolling my son for this school in 2012, and looking at the scenario this year, I think I will have to do parent volunteer soon... Hope to hear from you soon....Cheers!!!

For the past 2 years, 1-2km need to ballot on Phase 2C. There are people comparing \"Innova\" to \"Woodgrove\". If you ask me how I \"feel\" about Innova... I would say \"great\"! I chose this school and we (kids and I) love the school. So, we don't care what others say.
                fyi, my \"Woodgrove\" friends know \"Innova\" better than I do...and yet, I always say to them: \"no lah!\", \"who says\", \"rubbish!\".

It's Jan. 4, as per the Back to School letter they gave.

The school told the children that no more ALPs next year.

The school had also changed the colour of school shoes and socks to BLACK. If you already bought white shoes and socks, still can use them till your child outgrown or worn them out.

It would have been better to change it to black shoes and white socks, not black for both.
