Yes, since no streaming so should be random although i have no info if any other method of allocation is applied. Maybe can ask the FT. -

If that's the case, since there are only 8 classes (40 students each) in P3, about 3-4 students from each P2 class will be in the same class in P3. -

Based on info from RGPS’s website, there are 8 mainstream P4 Classes and 3 GEP classes for 2010 and 8 P3 Classes.

You're right, only 8 classes in P4 this year, and 9 classes in P5 and 6 this year. Previously there was 10 mainstream classes A-J. I wonder why the numbers are reducing. Did RGPS reduce its intake in recent years?
