\"Jialat\", last year, P3 we didn't have CA1, only CA2 & SA1/2. Furthermore CA2 result didn't contribute to overall result calculation. Lucky for my son, he didn't do as well in CA2.
i don't like CA1; spoils my CNY celebrations.
CAs don't contribute to overall results calculations? That's good news if it applies to next yr as well. Science is a new subject to the P3s and CA1 is gonna be a killer. Btw, this year's P2s only have 1 SA2, so tomorrow's Prize Giving Ceremony should expect a lot of 'Best in Subjects' recipients ba.

piggybank,
this thread is actually not very active at all. -
piggybank,
any idea at which level will they select students to be prefects? i want my son to be a prefect leh.....cos then he gets to do stuff in sch outside of academic. my husband who was a vice head prefect in his secondary school doesn't want his son to be a prefect cos he said it will be time consuming and have lesser time for studying.

No news mean good news. No complaint from any parent. hehe

Prefects need special personality - KPO (busybody). Any class also have students with such personality. Your boy is going 3 diamond next year?

sorry, you are asking what level, they select prefect from P3s
