Funx3, your daughter is marvelous! I can’t imagine she has so many trainings to attend and yet still able to juggle her school work. You are such a wonderful mummy too! Kudos!!!

            Happy Mama:
            Thanks all for your replies...

Wow if 4 times a week, that's very siong... Does that mean they have to stay back after school almost every day? Or is it conducted during school curriculum?
Don't worry. There are only 4 or 5 lessons in total (about 20 hr. including changing and showering). it is conducted during school curriculum. Actually, I found these lessons quite useful for my son. Before lesson, he very scared of water, but after four lessons he really can swim some distance. Now he is happy to go swimming every weekend.

The Credit is ALL My Gal's Own Effort ....

Sometimes I Marvel at Her Professionalism at Her Age in Handling Un-Expected Crisis as Well ....

In Fact, In Her NAFA Dance Concert Last Sat Afternoon, She Was Knocked Accidentally in Her Nose By An \"Over-Eager\" Stage-Hand Right at the Start of Her 1st Dance Event On Stage ....

I Was Seated Down in the Theatre, Watching Her Dance Performance with Her Elder Brother, and Both Of Us Did Not Notice Anything Amiss At All ....

Later, When I visit-ed her in the Dance Studio (used as their Dressing Room), I Found Her Lying Prone on the Floor, Nose Bleeding, Make-Up All Smudged as She Was Crying with the Pain in Her Nose ....

Luckily, One of the Parent Volunteer is a Chinese Physician, and Help her Stop the Nose Bleeding ....
And Luckily No Broken Bones ....

She Told Me the Guy Who is the Stage-Hand, Has Rushed Out to the Centre of the Stage to Pick Up Something Some Dancers Dropped On the Stage Prior to their Dance Event.
Without Warning He Turned to Run Back BackStage and Knocked Head-On To My Gal ....
And Of Course the Stage is Almost Pitch Dark .... So She Does Not Blame the Stage Hand, Just An Un-Lucky Accident ....

My Gal Told Me During the Dance Performance, She Can't Breathe Thru Her Nose as it is So Painful, She Has to Breathe Thru Her Mouth ....
And the SHOW Must GO ON, So She Did Not Voice Out Her Pain At ALL,
And Perform As Per NORMAL Despite the Pain in Her Nose ....

And She Was Actually Crying Due to the Pain in Her Nose Throughout the Whole Dance Performance (and the Dance Routine is Over 5 min Long), And None Of US in the Audience R Aware of It ....

But Kids Being Kids, I Comforted Her and Talk to Her About other Stuff (Divert Her Attention from the Incident), and After Resting for another Hour Or So, She's Playing with Her Dance-Mate Again ....
And Off to Do the Second Dance Concert Performance for the Evening ....

Really Marvel at Kid's Energy and Resilience Nowadays ....
              :celebrate: :celebrate:

S6169 : Thanks! My daughter learnt swimming for 10 lessons, but never managed to swim without the float cos the coach believes in slow and steady, which to me is nonsense. I hope my daughter will be able to swim within 4 lessons just like your son 😄

So nobody here knows the total score of Charity 2’s last student? I’m just curious as I spoke with many parents and they are all very eager to know if their child can get into the top 80 band and are working out the cut-off point for top 80.

Wow, Funx3, you are so cool!! Your dd too!! :salute: :salute: Like mother, like daughter? 😉

I wouldn't say I have the guts like you! My dd was in Gym CCA last year, this year, she was selected for Rhythmic Gym. After I found out from the t/ic about the heavy time commitment from P3 onwards, I decided to pull her out. Somehow, I simply didn't know how much \"sacrifice\" she has to made academically to commit to this CCA. Sadly, I am not ready to jeopardise her marks due to having not enough time or rest to study. I know she enjoys Gym, however, her commitment for piano lessons is also just as important. In the end, I let her take ownership of the decision. She chose piano. I am not sure whether it's the right choice, and many times, I still have this tinge of guilt not letting her take part in Rhythmic Gym.

After reading your posts, I think I might need to check my conscience again. Is it because you had gone thru lots of experiences and seen enough with two elder ones that you can be more free and unconstrained with your youngest? 😉

I wonder whether I can be like that to my no. 3 too? :?

Dd said FT didn't say who is last. Would it help if I let you know the class averages for each subject for Charity 2? I believe many of the Faith 2 kids will be in the top 40, as the first in position is level 8th.
