Tried to transfer the excel to google spreadsheet, but the copy from excel to paste in google spreadsheet did work.

suggestion for improvement :
input all the COP of all the schools for the last 5 years in the excel sheet
and then put in the "drop down" box (sort function) to display the school names of xxx COP and lower, so users can search by COP and see the COP of the last few years
I know you can’t hang the excel sheet on this thread; may be Chief can build the sort / search function in this website

Unfortunately, now, you can get only up 4 years on MOE Website.
Only 2009 P6 to 2010 Sec 1 is display in the format like the excel I did.
2008 P6 to 2009 Sec 1 need to click school by school on MOE website, very Xiong. My figures I got it from KSP.
2007 P6 and 2006 P6 has to click school by school, Xiong man. I got only few school in my personal copy of my excel on the schools I am interested. -

ya, agreed, very xiong, got to click year by year, school by school, but MOE figures should be 100% zhun one....build your database for future years and you can plot the trend...must accredit your info source hor.....Unfortunately, now, you can get only up 4 years on MOE Website.
