Some friends were sharing with me that teachers who don't do home-visit teaching are generally better n higher qualification.is it true??

That's what my son's ex-music teacher (school based) told the class. Can't recall the topic at hand but she said that any teacher worth his/her weight won't teach at children's place. I had tried finding, but those recommended to me all teach at their own place.

I kept searching good teacher for the past 2 years, found all good feedback teachers are runing tuition at their own place. Of course, some good teacher come to students home as well, that because they are new in this area, and do not have enough reputation at the moment.

What’s the market rate for a beginner student learning at teacher’s home like 45 mins a session??

Teacher’s qualification is also a factor for the fees ?

It's mostly depends on teacher's qualification and their teaching quality.

            Vary from 30~80...
