Hi , I have 4 kids from 4 to 14. The first 3 has a wide age gap of 4 , so I find it not as taxing. I was a ftwm until 2 months ago.

My number 1 is at the rebellious age, so I was thinking could it be because I did not spend enough time with her when she was in pri school?

My number 3 is entering p1 next year , so I decided to quit my job to spend more time with her while I can. Once they go into sec school , they don’t want you anymore.

I've 3 boys - 3, 5 and 8. We depend on childcare and student care to bring up our kids. It's tough but we have no choice.

With 3 kids, our financial and career growth is going south but we're happy when we see the kids happy. I guess it's a choice we have to make. In fact, I think we have to give up our car very soon. 😞

24hr-mum, I love kids and it's always my dream to have 4 kids. Financially will be tough to raise 4 kids so that's why we (me and hubby) are still considering.

Actually I find kids to be so troublesome. 3 was still manageable. But truthfully, 4 is just too much, tipping the scale of can tolerate to hate.

                  Hi! I have 3 kids, 8, 11 & 15.

                  A SAHM for the last hmm… 9 yrs…
My life only revolves ard them…until this yr when i find tht i can sort of "breathe" and relax a little.
No tuition for them in primary sch, only enrichment like piano, holiday prog.
Budget - single income, so gotta learn to manage lor.
Sleep time - only the eldest get to sleep later, the other two will hv to be in bed by 9.30 or 10pm.

Have been trying to manage without a maid since 2004, for me, the initial years are really tough…

I have 2 boys and 1 girl. My girl is the most difficult to handle. My boys are much easy going and mild temper while my girl is the one who will throw tantrums, scream, shout and the most rebellious. Maybe because she is the middle child? I dunno but we give her loads of attention.

She will beat her brothers and not willing to share toys with them. Her brothers are direct opposite.

Though my girl behaves like that, I still hope my #4 will be a girl so that my DD2 will have a mei mei to dote on.

ur #2 is exactly like my boy who is also #2. maybe indeed is the middle child thing. but he is already like that before he became the middle child, ie before #3 was born.

                        how old is ur girl?
