Just wonder why you want to appeal to RI when the chances of becoming a very wealthy person after leaving ACSI is much higher? :?

What is your reasoning for the estimation? How many primary schools are there in Singapore? 300-400? Can we say that on average, every primary school produce one psle candidate with t-score>270?
