Do police need to apply for a warrant from a judge like in TV series to go to the school to search or arrest? TV series always got say i have a warrant or you don't have a warrant after showing badge. :scratchhead:

Appeal case is totally different. Appeal case is at the discretion of the Principal. If you put 1st choice, you can use it to strengthen your case but not neccessary will get. The Principal may look at other criteria like what cca you participate, if you are can play football like Fandi Ahmad, you may get preference over putting as first choice...

I thought appeal cases is not at the discretion of the principal anymore? Only if there are special reasons, mOE directive is now there is no appeal if the points cannot meet the COP of the JC... even if only missed by 1 mark. So even if you play futbal better than FA, you cannot appeal if the points not lower or equal to the COP of the JC. :scared:

if psi in Indonesia is 2000, we have to quietly accept that 200 here is far better....so we cannot complain.

The calculation used here is 3h psi. If using Indonesia calculation, what is singpore psi? :scratchhead:

This is average of the last 3 or 24 hours or current psi? If average is 98, the current numbers may be better or worse but feel like worse because eyes are very dry. We won't know the psi now for sure. Not sure why and who implemented the average psi thing. :scratchhead:

After having press conferences at creative locations such as a coffee-shop and an old folks' home, I think the next press conference to unveil MIW candidates may be held at an MRT station or in a HDB flat - better still if it's at a DBSS block with a 1.2m width corridor. This will show how the MIW is in touch with the bread and butter issues that Singaporeans are concerned about.

They might pick the Pinnacle HDB or MBS for one of upcoming session and show our beautiful downtown skyline which is a show of achievement.
