Hi
Hereβs our Problem, pls advise. Our child is a 2007 baby. We live less than 1 km from St Hilda, nearest to our place. We plan to PV at St Hilda. However, we will be away overseas from Aug/Sept 2011 to Sept/Dec 2012. Assuming we clear stage 1 of the PV application (selected base on form only), how do we cross the rest of the hurdles? If base on phase 2C, we really dont have much of a shot, balloting less than 1 km about 330% or so. Thx -

I'm not sure which denomination St Hilda's falls under, but if you are of the same faith, happily you'll be under Phase 2B as well (and won't have to do PV).Hi

hi hquek,

Unfortunately, we are only applicable for PV under phase 2B
Its like so near yet so far.. Its so funny that my nearest primary schools St Hilda & Poi Ching all less than 200 m away will be near to impossible to enter through Phase C. If my PV plan doesnt work out, our boy have to take school bus to a further school. Such irony
Anyways, When do PV starts generally? Say for 2007 babies, is it Jan 2012? And ends at June 2013? This is so stressful. Thx in advance. -
From what I know some schools needs to enroll 2 years in advance , however, depends on individual schools as some needs only one year in advance doing PV till your actual year by June for Primary one registrations.

If aiming for \"Clan PV \" , at least four years in advance and must be active too. Which means to says once our children reach 3 years old we parents must starts to plan for which Primary school to enrol them in and doing all sorts of PV. Very Stress, Right?
Just for laugh ....
I think before our dear babies were born, we parents must starts planning already. -

St Hilda's is anglican, same denomination as St Andrews & St James Kindy.

Hi sweetbaby, if you are staying within 200m from Poiching, why couldn't you get in under phace 2C. Based on the Poi Ching balloting history, no ballot requierd for <1km.
