Hi, Chatelaine, Thanks a lot for helping me check the contact+your PM…but I got it late…when u PM me, we already went out to another agency to interview their transfer maids & managed to select 1…hope it will work out!! Keeping my fingers cross+praying VERY hard!!

Hi Joeyz18, I went to Global Recruitment Centre at Blk 83, Lorong 2 Toa Payoh, tel: 6255 3566..
I posted on FB asking for recommendation on agencies with Mynmar maids..got a few recommendations, one of them is Global at Bt Timah SHopping Centre #02-61, but was not able to find their tel online..

instead, I found this 1 at Toa Payoh online..both companies are not related..so I was taking a risk..but happen that this 1 at Toa payoh also has Mynamar maid & happen to have 3 transfer maids to interview, so we just went to take a look, & managed to select 1 of them.. The staff & manager there also more professional, not pushy type..so we are quite comfortable overall..Hope it will work out well..Wish me LUCK!!

Hi chatelaine, no worries! still appreciate your effort & time to PM me..we were desperate liao..pounced upon that agency on Wed+just quickly went on Thur to interview lor..it's a kind of gut feeling that it's fated to get from this agency, coz didnt know this 1 beforehand..

anyway, getting a maid is like lucky draw, but at least, I think to take transfer maid for mynmar, risk not so high..not like indo/phillipino, almost 100% have loads of inherent serious problems..for mynmar transfer maid, usual problems are communication & employers no patience..& at least we get to interview them & judge their response, instead of just relying on a photo+biodata..

btw, just to share, the 1 we selected was at 1st not the 1 we preferred, when we compare 3 bio datas via email..so seeing face-to-face, really makes a great difference..& we brought both our kids & my mum along, to see how the 3 transfer maids mingle+managed the kids, especially my 21mth old son..whether they have initiative, how they carry my son etc..
that said, her performance can only be judged after she starts work next wed la..keeping my fingers crossed!!
