Thanks walterp. The girls did well. The principal and teachers must be happy.
Yes, the principal only flashed 3 ppt slides (abt 8 names per slides) , last slide T-scores abt 268. From the highest 276 - 270 all are taken by the GEP 6P/Q/R girls. For PSLE, RGPS produce 44 girls with 4 A*, 66 girls with 3 A* ,walterp:

Thanks walterp.
By sub-270, do you mean the top 20 scorers all scored above high 260s?
the mean drops to 231.4 against 234 last year in view of the overall lower T-score this year.
I read on another thread that your dd's going to NUSH. Bianca too? Last year only 2 girls from RGPS GEP opted to go NUSH. Are the majority of the girls heading to RGS this year?[/quote]Yeah, she was DSAed for NUSH, her other CO being NJC, just simply refuse to join most of her peers (at least half) at RGS. This year may have more GEPers and mainstream from RGPS in NUSH. Good for her companionship after all NUSH is well-known for 5/6 boys to 1 girl ratiio.

Haha! Yes, the ratio at NUSH is very skewed.

So your dd didn't try for out for RGS & Nanyang at all? She has a mind of her own.

Hi. Does anyone know how the E/F class syllabus is differentiated from the other mainstream classes besides twinning? Interestingly, p5e/f have their own booklist but not p4e/f and p6e/f. Cheers.

Hey, same! If you have any question, feel free to ask. My dd has been in this school from p1 but I cannot profess to know everything about the school. Always learning, that's my motto.Hi hi,

For pick up, traffic can get quite heavy along Hillcrest Road from 15 min before gate opening times. The gate opens at 1.30 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays and 1pm on the other days (assuming no change from 2010). If you are not driving in, you can wait for your daughter just outside the guardhouse. She will walk out to meet you. If it rains, parents etc will be allowed in to wait in the tuckshop.
If you are driving in, cars will be allowed in 10 min after the gate opens. The 10 min is to allow the school buses to move off first. The car queue can snarl out onto Dunearn Road and it is common for drivers who want to turn into Hillcrest Road from Dunearn Road to do so from the middle lane.
Just wanted to mention that for morning drop off, do send your daughter in before the gate closes at 7.20 am to avoid getting her booked by the prefects.
Hope the above info helps. You and your daughter will get used to the routine in no time at all!
