not just a good helper in the working sense but her presence helped me drive out my terrible mil 😛

              sleepy,
my ds1 treats me with more respect now that i run the household as compared to when we used to live with my ILs (cos MIL heads the house). i am gradually getting him to help out around the house.
ds2 compliments me for my very simple cooking.... 😎
in any case, they still takes me for granted some other times.

I really admired those who can pao everything!

Just taking care of my three kids school work already take out all my time and drained my energy! I am a SAHM or rather full time tuition teacher with 3 students. Now I felt I have full responsibility for their results and if they dont do well, I didnt do my job well 😢

I’m a SAHM and happy to be one…to be able to coach kids in their school work and know their strengths and weaknesses. Of course, housework is endless…but I do what I can.

There is a responsibility for their results…a doctor once told me I should not be responsible for kids’ results as there are several factors whether they turn out good or bad. However, it’s hard escaping this…once asked hubby I should go out to work but his reply is, ‘If you go out to work, all the subjects will have to be outsourced’.
Although kids have tuition, I still believe being in the background revising with them.

i am currently sahm to 2 lovely babies, but feel kinda guilty not sharing my hubby’s load, though he is v supportive of me looking after kids at home.

but understanding is that when they go to school, i should go back to work, but not sure if i will be bothered not being the one fetching them back m forth, as might hv to engage the grandparents’help…

my dh's replies will probably be that everything have to remain status quo if i choose to go back to work; ie i still need to pao my share of housework, still need to pao my share of kids' schwork supervision and character building, still can be home before he reach home and he don't have to face quarreling kids or complaining wife; ie so long not affecting his way of life now. 😛
