Hi jacsplace, Scrappy Memories,
Thanks for the advice on what to pack for P2. Guess I’ll probably do the same. Regarding the FT for P2, I was told by my gal’s FT in P1 (I met her before school closed) that they will only know after their staff meeting on 28/29 Dec. So that’s why parents/students will only know when school reopens… -
Wow they sure cut it fine, having the meeting the week prior to school reopening!!! hahaha I just hope and pray my dd’s p2 FT will be nice, fair and not practise favourtisim (like her P1 FT), and that all the girls will be given fair chance to try out roles.

Hi Scrappy Memories,
think of it positively... it's a lesson in life that no textbook can teach. our kids will just have to learn that life's not always fair so they'd better learn to be resilient, sad tho it may be
-
Yes. Sad that they have to start experiencing these things when they’re so young.
-
:-l I know its life experience…I was quite taken aback when information about a certain incident (my dd was involved), was shared with a certain privileged parent and not me, the parent who should have the information. Had wanted to write in to seek clarification on such parameters but since its over and dd will have a new teacher next year, I gave up that idea. Ah well, its gonna be a brand new start 2011!
