maybe yr daughter missed by the decimal,
u can still appeal to DHS, they usually have \"some allowance\" for appeal cases

My friend’s ds 256+2 also didn’t get in DHS. She got in RV.

Usually MOE should be more reliable. May be in this case the MOE staff made a mistake?
