mmm, okays ! thanks alot people. well, im not really interested in choir and uniformed groups, i doubt i will make it for the track and field too. so any other CCAs to reccomend ? well, i definitely will turn up for the trainings etcetc. so the attendence isnt a problem to me. im interested the AV&photography but im afraid that i wont get enough CCA points to get an A. so do reccomend me other CCAs šŸ˜„

      THANKS ! šŸ˜„
Hi! It depends on your interest I guess. No point recommending a CCA that you wouldn't enjoy, since you're going to spend alot of time on CCA ^^
So, what do you like doing?(:

My home has about $400+ worth of goods from Cedar's Girls. O.o

LOL. Well the briefing was boring.-.-

I'm looking to join Girl Guides, how about the rest of you?

And I don't understand the skirt at all. Size 24/34(i forget the first digit) was like SO tight, but the length was just right, and size 26/36 fitted perfectly, but the length was like three cm below my knee(I'm tall, about 160-162cm in height)? It looked so weird.>< My mom had it tailored.
Make sure its at your knees yeah, haha. There will be prefects assigned to each class to check every school day ^^

If I ain't wrong, its around my knee length there, cuz I can't stand long skirts, nor can i stand short skirts.

The funny thing was that I found a number of seniors wearing their skirts way above the knee and walking around the sports hall directing parents to get the uniforms.

I wonder if they get caught..... :? :?

            Hi,

Any successful appeal so far from Cedar. My dd got 248 but was not successful so we appealed again yesterday. Just want whether Cedar started processing those appeals.

            Thanks

            Hi surbap,
I was at the school this morning and was told COP is 248 and only 6 girls with aggregate of 248 got into Cedar. The mean is 253 & the highest aggregate is 269. Apparently, there are many appeal cases and some girls are appealing with aggregate of 250 & above.
I suppose many schools will finalise their appeal cases by early next week. You might want to call the school to check further.

U mean those that did not put Cedar girls as one of their 6 choices can also appeal???

              Hi Lavender_Tea,

Thanks for your input, I will check with the school today. However, I have enrolled in Cresent at the moment.

              Cheers

My parents brought me down to Kovan/Hougang market area and visited a tailor shop there. The aunties were very nice, and did my skirts almost immediately, upon knowing that I would like to have it back the very same day.I could collect it within an hour. ^^

How much did it cost to have your skirt altered at the tailor you visited? I think I want to alter my skirt too, despite having worn it for a year now. >.>

                        Hi JolynHo

I guess so but I think % of such cases is low. Whether they will get in eventually will depend on e sch selection criteria n I think most schs will accept e child with a better aggregate. Just my two cents count.
