Hey, i'm from a neighbourhood school and am thinkingof joining the ip to get into njc, vjc, or nanyanghigh. But I'm not sure if I can, do neighborhood school students have a lesser chance of succeeding in joining the IP? :?

PSLE \"levels out the playing field\", mah. So just study hard for your psle to get into any of these schools of your dreams.

No worries at all. My DS is from a neighbourhood pri sch too. His school is next to our house. He worked hard and scored 265 and entered a IP sch. Stay focus and work hard !!! Always remember this ! Parents can do all sorts of tings to get kids into popular Pri Sch but only good PSLE result can get them into good Sec Sch.

And is a neighborhood school, but I want to get into a sap school or njc/vjc through ip, I searched on the web, and they said there is still a chance, just have to take tests and go through interviews, then they will see if they want to select you. So do you think it is possible for me to get into nanyang or njc/vjc

you can only try to appeal in (for vacancies). we definitely have new students at sec 3. and when i was sec 2, four students transfered over.

relatively okay but you must your own manage time... most importantly is to pay attention to classes and the lectures and take notes because most information are not in the given notes (esp for integrated sciences).
which 3rd language are you taking?

                      German 😜

so it will only be once a week right? put it either on a tue or thu, then you have either one of the days free :)[/quote]At orientation the Dean said twice a week leh. You mean German is only once a week O_o :!:
