you can only try to appeal in (for vacancies). we definitely have new students at sec 3. and when i was sec 2, four students transfered over.
NJC only takes in at year 1 & year 5 (for jc) now.kiasukid:
No, I mean i'm alr in sec sch. And is a neighborhood school, but I want to get into a sap school or njc/vjc through ip, I searched on the web, and they said there is still a chance, just have to take tests and go through interviews, then they will see if they want to select you. So do you think it is possible for me to get into nanyang or njc/vjc -
phankao:
oh? But I have a friend, she's from st Nicholas and she got into Victoria junior college through ip, she took the test for njc's one too and got selected but she chose Victoria in the end, she's sec2 this year. How about nanyang?

relatively okay but you must your own manage time... most importantly is to pay attention to classes and the lectures and take notes because most information are not in the given notes (esp for integrated sciences).
which 3rd language are you taking?

Even if there's no badminton for year 1, if you are good and you apply to join, surely they will happily take you in. But just have to do the badminton cca AS WELL as Cafe cca.
So is there Badminton CCA for year 1 in NJC ? Sorry that, don't get what u mean by \"will know why by paying RV a visit\" ?andante:
hi andante
if u want to DSA through badminton, u may want to try RV.
*hint*: pay a visit to RV and u will know why
The one that wrote about \"RV\" is asking you to go to River Valley High, lah.
haha...not really asking him/her to go RV. heard that a badminton academy is set up with high profile coaches n sponsorship. those who have gone for the open house would have seen the new dedicated badminton facilities in the MPH.
could be an option if you are very into badminton -

helloeveryone:
it gets worst when NJ needs HMT.
I appealed to NJC and got selected. I think they were eyeing my HMT points of 3 and my normal chinese A* . Lucky for me!phankao:
In any case, most times students who were offered DSA are able to meet or exceed COP anyway. .
Most times only. Not always though. You'll be surprised that quite a number of DSA students get psle scores below COP, and it can be quite way below COP, often bc they are poor in languages (esp mother tongue).
