I achieved 6 out of my 8 resolutions. Not too bad, I think, but am aiming to achieve all next year!

I have the habit of reflecting on the past year of events and making resolutions for the new year. But I make sure I make resolutions that are achievable, that is within my control so I won’t be too discouraged if i can’t achieve them.

But I know of people who don’t make resolutions and yet still achieve alot.
