        Hi,

My son in P1 only can start school 2 weeks later because of chicken pox 😢

No worries, P1 first 2 weeks is alot of orientation, administration and alot of fact finding about the kids and vice versa.

May he have a speedy recovery.

        Hi ksi,

        Thanks for your concern šŸ˜„
Luckily, the chicken pox is \"popping\" now and not during this coming Chinese New Year or any exam. šŸ˜„

            Hi fxchow,

Did your child see the doctor for any anti-viral medication to help soothe the discomfort ? When we had chickenpox last March, the GP gave us some medication. Hope your child recovers from the chickenpox soon. You take care too.

Have you consider school bus? This will avoid you kanan stuck in jam but your kiddos must wake up early though.

That's tough on you...esp with Down Town line still under construction.
How about 5-10 min earlier ? Does make a difference.

hi blur daddy and janet 88,

Thanks! We start our journey by 6.25am so far we manage to avoid the traafic jam.
My DD took the sch bus last year and the bus drive gave us problem so we decided to do away with it. Imagime we to stand in the rain to wait for tje bus of it rains in the morning. Otherwise the bus driver will zoom pass our house and we have to run after the bus. Sounds crazy but it happened to us and the driver simply said tathe forgot to stop without any applogy.

That's so mean of him. :x
Hubby left the house at 625am to send daughter to Toa Payoh using PIE...15 min drive, and very smooth. It does make a difference bet that 5-10 min.
