Hi Everyone!

My ds is in P1 this year, just got the time table and i am a bit confused and thought if the mummies/daddies here could enlightened me. 😄 ...

Hi stressmum, which class is ur ds in? 🙂

Hi Mrsbongz, he is in Integrity 11. ( 11/11! ahahha... since there are only 11 P1 classes, he is in the last!)
NO-la!

In Keeping With PH New Class Re-Naming System for Upper Primary,
      Integrity 11 Means it's the TOP Class - le! 😉 😉

Thanks for all the replies! It wasnt stated on my DD's timetable thats why I was puzzled. I guess its gonna be like a free period for the kids.

BTW I find the food isnt cheap in the canteen.. DD told me she bought noodles for $1 yesterday.
don think it's a free period, I VAGUELY remember P mentioning during Tues' talks that it is for both FT n co-FT to get to know the children.. iirc.. yes, I agree food's not cheap, drinks too.. it's like 3x what i use to spend in pri sch!!
Why does the school need to arrange the class P3 to P6 in that manner? is there really a need to reverse the order?

I had the same thought too. All the renaming is pointless. Just S band the last 5 classes will solve the problem right?

          Great Minds Think ALIKE!
          :celebrate: :celebrate:
I concur!! the objective could have been met without the hassle n confusion.. now EVERyone has to remember the school values in sequence to know which class is which level.. doesn't make sense..

For the math lesson, my son said before they went in the class almost all girls, but when they move in, more boys than the girls. So the boy cheered!

Yes, that's basically what my son said too. he mentioned 42 then 43, so it was a bit vague to me. he said all pupils from twk7 and twk8 going to M1 class are boys. Seems like only the girls from twk9 can get into M1 class? teacher also mentioned all M1 pupils scored above 90 marks (or A* grade) in MA last year. So i guess the P3 impromptu test result was never used at all.

  Mine told me about it too.
So it seems like Twk 9/8/7 classes grouped into their M1/2/3, Twk 6/5/4 one group (M1/2/3) and Twk 3/2/1 one group(M1/2/3).

Not all CCAs are offered for P1/2. Switch is possible. I know of a few who switched.

Exactly. They could keep the names and just s-band the 5-6 classes.

                        Sorry, 1 more question.

Is there a way to get hold of 2010 P1’s SA papers? Just to have an idea of the kind of questions being asked…very out of touch with school system and current standard.
