how to slim down
-
Personally, breastfeeding is the easiest way. Too bad I stop BF my ds at 7months..that was when I had the last 5kg.
I am still trying to shed it off but because of work schedule, it is difficult. Exercise is still crucial for the last 5kg. What I am doing now is to take lots of fruits and vege and tries to reduce the carbohydrates. It works..At least managed to shed off 2kg.

any mummies successfully slimmed down with whatever mthd? can share?
Hi, my girl now 11 yrs old, used to be a very plump kid. Just before she enters P1, I was worried that she would be sent to the tough club so during the yr end sch hols, I make her climb the staircase daily. We climbed 13 storeys up only (heard ppl say climbing dwn will hurt the knee) 3X continuously daily for abt 2 mths. In the end, she slim down a lot & her clothing size went dwn by 2 sizes. As I oso climbed with her, I felt my body tone up too. My wt is <50kg so I didn't lost wt but tone up especially at the buttock area. So whenever ppl ask me wat's a gd way to loose wt, I always tell them climb the staircase, it's hassle free. -
wow, u very good stamina leh!
and to do it 3x a day. i wonder how u managed to make ur girl listen to u.

except for #3, for the older two, even if the food is on the tabble, still got to nag them to stop playg n come n eat…

For me, also breastfeeding is the best way to slim down.
However, after dd1, after I stop breastfeeding, I did put on a bit of weight. So I stopped supper, cut down on rice and noodles. Just eat more vege and fruits. But not very good, since I don't exercise. No discipline at all.
Now, for dd2, although I am breastfeeding, but have not shed off all the extra kilos. I am going to try Lacto Fiber to see if it will helps. Because my friend tried it and she quite like it. Although she has not lose much weight but at least she is not putting more since during the festive season, she just keep eating and she doesn't control her diet at all. In fact, she still eats a lot of 'unhealthy' food. So she is happy that she lose a little bit and does not put on extra when she continues eating so much.

I do not eat after 8 pm and cut down on my intake of rice. I also went jogging once a week. More toned now but I think I can still lose some more.
I have a friend who signed with a trainer in a gym, anyone here did that or go to the gym? Any good gym course to recommend? -
Must have a good breakfast (all the food that you like), a filling lunch and a super light dinner. Can slim down with regular exercises.

I am starting to lose a little weight after I stopped my suppers, cut my rice intake a little and walked more with my baby. Even my son commented today that I have slimmed down. Must continue to eat less rice.
