Maybe it's my ds telling your ds that, keke. Wait a minute, can't be cos my ds very blur one.oh yes, i told DS to eat his snacks n only use his pocket money if he is still hungry.. n he asked if he can save the money to go bookshop instead?! n it's only 3rd day of school!! his classmates told him that 'there's alot of things to buy there'
Markfch, be warned.. they r fr the same class
Tell you a joke. On the orientation day, I wanted to go to the BT hawker ctr toilet, but ds referred me to the Shell petrol station loo instead and then proudly declared that he just saved me $0.10. We proceeded to the petrol kiosk to get him 2 Kindle Joy chocolate for being so thoughtful @1.60 each. DS said very cheap only, cos inside comes with a toy. Liddat also can  .
If this example is anything to go by, next time when ds grows up and rings me on some money-saving schemes, I better quickly hang up the phone. :rotflmao: -
I have the strongest urge to rush down to popular to get said booksβ¦but its dinner timeβ¦ (cooking mama)

I think this is what happens when php goes to Popular. BT Popular has the assessment books sorted by subject-level per shelf. He will bring a trolley instead of a basket. Then he will pick up a couple of assessment books and pass it to the staff. And finally he'll tell the staff 'These 2 books I don't want, the rest of the books on the shelf pack them into my trolley for me :rotflmao:
Let Me Guess ....php:
can anybody guess my dd's first reaction when i passed her one big stack of assessment books? that stack of books was higher than her school textbooks....

Ha - Ha ....
I Will Look Like That at U Too ....
    -

hehe.. see, you are always leading the way... :love:lizhi:

Bingo. Got that book too. Now, I know who's competing for a place in GEP. Haha...just kidding lah. All the best to your dd!
