He changed his name from Andre Chong to Jonal... .
The old salon he was running altered credit card slips and amounts charged..he was wanted by the police.. that's why he went abroad...

there was a half-page advertisement in Sunday Times yesterday with a detailed promotion pricing table.
I am not familiar with saloon pricing nor with some of the stuff like \"digital perm\" :? :shock: , so can't comment.
wonder why the advertisement include such a large photo of himself :? -
I had my hair cut at his salon last Nov…My sis signed up a package with him. I "helped" her use. He tried asking me to sign up one too. I declined. I agree that he’s quite "haolian", from the conversation he had with me and his "disciples". Based on my own experience, his skills are not too bad. He did a good highlight job. The haircut I had was not very fantastic though.
