Must have a good breakfast (all the food that you like), a filling lunch and a super light dinner. Can slim down with regular exercises. 🙏

I do not eat after 8 pm and cut down on my intake of rice. I also went jogging once a week. More toned now but I think I can still lose some more.

I have a friend who signed with a trainer in a gym, anyone here did that or go to the gym? Any good gym course to recommend?
How about aerobics ? or swimming ?
I still eat rice as per normal for lunch but trying to cut down at dinner too.

I am starting to lose a little weight after I stopped my suppers, cut my rice intake a little and walked more with my baby. Even my son commented today that I have slimmed down. Must continue to eat less rice.

To add on, yes…I also tried the method of:

              Breakfast eat like king
              Lunch eat like Princess
              Dinner eat like Pauper

I reduced my rice intake for dinner from 1 bowl to 2 table-spoon. Before dinner, I try to have a fruit and drink plenty of water when I am hungry. After dinner, it is more fruits. I stock up fruits and seaweed instead of crackers and biscuit to much when I am hungry. Works…although still best to shut food off after dinner.

And I try to swim 6-8 laps 2 times a week.

any mummies successfully slimmed down with whatever mthd? can share?

Hi, my girl now 11 yrs old, used to be a very plump kid. Just before she enters P1, I was worried that she would be sent to the tough club so during the yr end sch hols, I make her climb the staircase daily. We climbed 13 storeys up only (heard ppl say climbing dwn will hurt the knee) 3X continuously daily for abt 2 mths. In the end, she slim down a lot & her clothing size went dwn by 2 sizes. As I oso climbed with her, I felt my body tone up too. My wt is <50kg so I didn't lost wt but tone up especially at the buttock area. So whenever ppl ask me wat's a gd way to loose wt, I always tell them climb the staircase, it's hassle free.

This is work. I am doing this during this raining season. No cost and easy. Mine is 5 x 14 storeys. Climb up and take a lift down, take me about 25 minutes. I do it at least 3 - 4 times daily.

I am still breasdfeeding my son and strongly recommended by my sister to drink green drink. Hopefully can reduce few kgs before Chinese New Year

Wakeup early in the morning. No afternoon nap.

Skip dinner or replace it with fruits or vegetables.
No sweets, cakes and soft drink.

Ya, my problem is not so much the weight, but the extra fats round the stomach. It's so depressing each time I see something I like but when I put it on, the flaw showed up \"glaringly\". I like dresses, but can't find one that hide the fats reasonably well.

Can't do sit-ups or similar exercises becos of a spinal surgery that I had years ago.

Anyone with any advice.tips to share?
