My nephew has nett score of 2 (6-2-2). He wants to try RIJC/HCI. How are his chances? He has 8A1s and 1A2 for HCL. Thanks!

COP is all partial as many students hve similar nett scores. Ultimately, it depends on no of bonus points and order of preference. Moreover, we do not know the actual cop this year.
Normally, i advise parents/students to be on the safe side. Thanks!
Well, as the JAE booklet says , the child is posted based on Merit over Choice. So you can put all JCs from 1 to 12 and see which you get too, if distance is not a problem! HAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -

Yes, we looked at subject combination. From all the jc websites, they all seem to have very similar subject comb. eg. for my dd, the ma/bio/chem/econs combination is very common and seems available at all jcs.phankao

If my daughter got L1r5 17 as a raw score does she still have a good chance of going to cjc given that she is has 2 bonus pts as affiliated school plus another 2 points for cca making her score 13 at the end while cjc art stream being at 11pts?

Interesting to see how the top institutes have run away, but positions 9-13 seem to have maintained their COP for science, even compared to our time 20+ years ago (at least how I remembered it)For your reference: - for science only though.
