Thanks :). I'll tell my daughter to try the straight bus- 156.
Same lah - surely whole bkt timah road would still be crowded. At 6.30am, the bus should still be quite ok. If not, then have her take the bus at 6.25am lor. Straight bus better than changing - really.Live to LOVE life:
Hello,
Thanks for the reply to the past post. You know in the morning around 6.30- is the buses from Newton Station to NJC very crowded? My daughter was wondering if it was more advisable to take the 156 just opposite our house or go to Newton and take any of the buses there that lead to NJC. Thanks a lot
Cheers,

School's starting tomorrow (YIPEE!) Heard from my senior that we're going to Botanical Gardens for some external hunt. What's this program about?

Think this year, the students already know their classes from day 1
Next week is Orientation week. We only learnt of which class our children were placed in at the end of the orientation week. No idea how the class placement was exactly done. Doubt there was a banding test last year. -

So far so good for my girl too. She's thoroughly enjoying herself and commented about how good her seniors are at mass dancing. Guess the seniors must have done a great job in engaging the juniors and my girl's looking forward to the campfire on Friday night . Yup, let's see if she still feels the same when the actual classes commence...

Guess the school is way more experienced this year then! Even Bibi&Baba mentioned that this year there shouldn't be any uniform size shortages like the previous 2 years bc they are experienced at the size stock levels they should provide already now. So did you all have problems buying the sizes of uniforms for your boys/girls?

They had sufficient stocks, so no problems at all. Yes, notices on the class allocation were put up as early as day 1. Hopefully we'll see improvents in other areas as well
