7788, how can you not know? Please refer to that stack of notes dated 6 Jan. Inside there, morning with trs, it is stated clearly that the tr is covering duty ma! So the FT is the same as last year!!!!!!!!

the IT of this school is a little hopeless. just call GO and ask for the email address if it is urgent.


the revamped website is lousy. studioworkz productions which designed the website needs to be replaced. not sure if anyone noticed, the pull-down menu on some of the webpages can only be seen when the cursor is placed on it. otherwise, you see a white stripe across the screen (this should not be called contrasting effect). it’s so stupid. some titles are highlighted in white with words in yellow. can barely see the words! the designer needs to be shot.

helpme999 - as far as the newsletter has indicated, it’s only class 2B, 2C and 2F which are having relief form teachers if i remember correctly. I am 100% sure class 2E is not affected. Is your child from 2E?

7788, oh my sincere apologies! All the while, I’m talking abt 2 Bravery not 2 Excellent. Think I’m really heated up when I saw the same FT for 2B that I typed wrongly w/o realising.


Let me say again. My son is in P2B. Last year, the FT was super slow and now got a new relief becos the FT went on maternity leave. There was once when my son came back with a stack of Maths Mock exams, he said he marked himself. Can you imagine a P1 boy having to mark his own papers? I was very angry and now monitoring the situation.

7788, btw I asked my son abt this new relief of 2B, it seems he's ok with her. I tested him on his maths and he could tell me what the teacher said. But no idea this relief will teach until when hor? :?

Ah.......... come let's vent together. Yes I am as pissed as you are. My dd is in 2B and I am so mad to see the same FT again! She took it easy for the 1st mth of 2010. Shortly after she went on a few days of leave to prepare for her wedding. After which she was alway sick and it is not the 1 or 2 days type. Ok nvm... humans also can fall sick. She did not let the children do the mock tests in an exam setting, citing that I (A PARENT) DO NOT KNOW HOW THE CURRICULUM RUNS and it is hard for her to explain to me and if I am so concern, I should probably engage external help. Right after this, I found out that she was pregnant. Double pissed by then. As for writing, I asked for a sample compo since MBS is the only school doing 3 picture compo, she told me the EL dept has planned to intro to the children in mid term 3. I waited and waited... and finally in term 4 she started this compo. All in all, they only did 3 practices before SA2. My dd told me that many of her classmates couldn't end the story properly. Boy, I was so relieved that I started my dd on a writing class. If I waited for her, I don't think my girl can write as well.

Then art... the class only did 3 pcs of art for Year 2010! Can't even say they use 1 term to produce 1 pc of masterpiece! :x :x :x

I spoke to her ytd and she said that she'll be here for slightly over a term before the ORIGINAL ft comes back.

surprised to hear complaints about ms S (now mdm S) as my understanding is she is a very popular teacher among the kids. she taught my boy art last year.
