The corners are quite nice, but the centre is hard and all \"clumped\" together and not fluffy i.e. cannot rise. But tastes like croissant.

You think it’s got to do with the size of the pan? Hmm, then maybe we shall wait for KSI to bake hers tomorrow and then we will see. If hers same shape as mine, so "cute" then it must be the pan.


I think something wrong with my yeast! Going to buy new yeast and try tomorrow. The yeast I used today was old one that I bought from Phoon Huat a year ago (but haven’t expired).
