I think something wrong with my yeast! Going to buy new yeast and try tomorrow. The yeast I used today was old one that I bought from Phoon Huat a year ago (but haven't expired).

Where did you keep that packet of yeast? Unused yeast must be kept in an airtight container in the freezer.

Yes you are spot on! You are really the expert!! I didn't buy new yeast but used the old yeast I bought last year (though not expired yet).

Haha, me no masterchief! :oops: Had a bad experience with Bake King's yeast, after that, no more yeast or other things from Bake King for me. I use the big packet (compressed type, think it's a blue packet), sometimes from PH, sometimes from Sun Lik.
