ok if u need 2nd opinion, do explore leapfrog

the babbling part and saying words out of the blue is a bit worryg to me cos my friend’s asperger girl also like that, till now when she is 5 - suddenly cry n suddenly laugh wif no apparent reason.

but cant do writing or tracing is normal for some kids at 2, but on the other hand given flash card tracing or practising prewriting bks but no hurry. the speech part i feel is more critical.
at least u dont deny the issue. some mums kept denying and delaying the intervention for the poor child. the prob can persist n wont outgrow if its really an issue.

do monitor even if the child started therapy. some sessions are not effective and just like see doctors, some medicien work, some dont if the diagnosis is wrong. its a subjectv thing

        5) Home tutor for science (the school at serangoon area closed down so we got the teacher to come to our house)
        6) Jan & Elly for phonics for my pre-schooler
        7) Lorna Whiston creative english for my pre-schooler
😎 CL speech & drama at Han Language at FLS
        9) Ballet at Crestar for my preschooler
        10) Piano lessons at home (for all)

        Sounds like a long list.....

Hey, have you all read the papers recently abt residents in Serangoon area going to have their own library. Apparently, the mega mall being built next to Serangoon MRT will have a library there. 3 cheers :rahrah: :rahrah: :rahrah: I hope the collection will be as good as the one in Bishan. Can't wait to bring DS there .... πŸ˜„ πŸ˜„

As for me, I am looking forward to the NTUC! Goodness me, how convenient would that be for me! πŸ˜„

Serangoon Gardens will also have ntuc, but i think it may be 'Finest ntuc fairprice'. or maybe the one at the mega mall, aiyah, not sure, too many things happening ard the area now.

Currently shop at Bishan ntuc. Sometimes at gardens. Don't like to go to the one at serangoon ave 3 cuz its small, always so crowded and the queue can make me :faint:

Have recently discovered a wholesale vege/fish mkt at Serangoon central. They are open until 1pm. V v gd selection, can buy one week worth of vege + onion + garlic + tomatoes etc for more than three pple for about $10 to $12 inclusive of these big big asparagus πŸ˜„ :D[/quote]hi

where is the wholesale mkt at serangn ctl? whc blk or name?

I do not know the blk no. But if you know where the Post Office is at Central, then it is located just there. Its a make-shift mkt.

I will prob go there end of this week. If you can wait, I will post the blk no then πŸ˜„ πŸ˜„
