What do you mean? :?
Mdm Lee used to emphasise a lot on punctuality. So far, I have not witnessed such emphasis by Mrs Wong. The talk by the principal only started at 5.45 pm yesterday, right? It was supposed to start at 5.30 pm, right?
Maybe it's only the second week of the year.

Hi Blissfulmum!
Thank you for your contribution here. In fact, before you joined in, it was only the current P2 parents (P1 in 2010) here talking among ourselves. We had so much hoped that parents of higher levels RMPS students would join in and shed some light on the school, but alas, nobody came.
I am glad that Mrs Wong is reading this forum, actually.
It shows that she does value our feedback. For working parents like us, it can be difficult to find time to visit the school during school hours. Writing e-mails may not create the \"impact\" (because we don't know whether our intended recipient really read the e-mails that we sent). Hence, it might be better to discuss any issues here. Who knows, our experience might be the exception rather than the norm. Without highlighting issues in KSP.com, we wouldn't know whether what we have experienced are norm or exception, right?
Of course, KSP.com is a public forum. We have to be mindful of what we say in public forums. Hence, we must be sure that what we say are facts, and if they are our opinions, we should make it known that \"these are only our opinions\". This is something which we, as adults, should be able to ascertain before posting our comments. It is just like in the Primary School Selection and Registration Section. Many parents come to KSP.com seeking information and advice. We should always state the facts, because anything that is not a fact will be refuted sooner or later.
The school should be able to take feedback positively. Why would we bother to provide feedback if we didn't care? We want the school to improve, and we hope that the school will improve. At the end of the day, our children are the beneficiaries of any improvement. Hence, if you find anything lacking, just bring it up for discussion. We have more and more parents joining KSP.com (Hey! KSP.com has become a celebrity overnight, thanks to Mrs Wong!). That means we will have more different experiences and points of views. Isn't it good for the school, we parents and our children?
Although I do not know how Mrs Wong phrased or misinterpreted your posts because I didn't attend the session yesterday, the fact that she brought these issues up is testament to the power of the public forum. I wouldn't be surprised if other parents had the same feelings as you. They just didn't post their feelings on the forum. The school should appreciate such open communication and candor. -

QMS, well said!!! :celebrate: Thank you!
And I also hope that my experience will not deter parents coming forward to raise questions and share concerns. As one parents earlier on commented comparing ZPS parents group and RMPS parents group of KSP.com, the latter is more active and I hope it continues as it is and will remain the same.

Titank, no need to get your son to queue for the school diary. The vendor says he will send the whole lot up to individual classes. He mentioned that they just arrived today!

Good good good, I almost want to pass a private diary to my DS if the school diary still not yet in production! -

Sometime I wonder whether is it necessary to use those English, Maths & Chinese file folder where it do indicate the school logo & the subject.
If we can use outside market file where most important the file folder can be identified with name & class is good enough. All the bookshop barung barung nfrom my DS had settled.
In Nov when we get the booklist we must super KS ask \"Teacher's Production\" is it 100% availabe. If not can :spank: the bookshop yeah.
