I think Fragrance is nice.
This is subjective
For some strange reasons, though I like bak kwa, I just don't eat Fragrance. Maybe it's some perception from years ago. I thought their bak kwa is not \"real\" like the rest. I also wonder why.
In fact, was just having this conversation with my hubby about it. Hopefully his sisters will not buy fragrance otherwise there is 1 less person to touch it at home.

Honestly speaking, lin zhi yuan is over rated. Too expensive and not that fantastic afterall...

Clementi Central market or shop near the AYE?I prefer Lim Chee Guan, I find Bee Chin Hiang very fatty and oily. SIL bought Gim Hock Guan, it's drier, less oily than Lim Chee Guan, and I find the meat tougher. Slices also thicker. But SIL and her hubby prefers it that way. Personal taste. My hubby and his brothers like Gim Hock Chun (at East Coast Rd near the famous Beach Rd prawn noodles) but they've since closed shop. Gim Hock Guan is related to Gim Hock Chun so the taste, texture is similar.
There's a bak kua stall at Clementi, also very popular. -

Hi all Bee Cheng Hiang lovers, any of you buy from its factory outlet at Senoko?
Xiang's outlet also there. Heard both factory selling cheaper than outside. -
