Yes it is!
They should have given the form to parents regarding the different enrichments they offer and the schedule so that parents can decide and sign up. Check with the school again.
Warning: Guzheng instructor is very strict. & if I recall correctly, he expects parents/guardian to sit in during class for P1. -

I used to know of a girl staying in Balestier area, she only managed to take the school bus for a year and after that the school bus uncle stopped picking up kids from the Balestier area. As a result, the poor child has to trf out of PL after P1 as both parents were working back then and no one was able to send the girl from Balestier to Lor Ah Soo. That was couple of years back, you might want to check again. -

and ask her to tell me to write for her.

Download the Waitlist / Request for Transfer form from the school's website, submit, and pray for the best. -
