Most welcome. We are all learning from each other. Guess if one has the time, then use the regular function. But if pressed for time, then I wd use the quick bake function :celebrate:

In fact, hope to use the cake function this weekend too. Itching to bake the Banana cake

I love banana cakes.

haha...I am buying banana tomorrow...as that is my next bread or cake..... [/quote]

 just thinking aloud, the banana must be over-ripe? Then easier to mash

A little bit over ripe is fine.

Ooh! Didn't realize. Must talk some more! haha!

Yeah, only 136 posts more to your first medal which I think is no big deal if you yak more in this thread.

Take Happy Mama for eg. When I first 'met' her in the avatar thread, she only had about 200+ posts, but now, she's has passed her half mark to her first medal, all thanks to this thread.

Hey, jtoh, another :offtopic: suggestion. Why not put up an avatar to make your posts stand out like the rest of us? :? Go to the avatar thread if you need help. There are plenty of avatar experts around in there!
