Order from Dangdang

It's my first order and website says 4-6 weeks. Quite a long wait but it quite cheap, so have to be patient. Heehee...
May I ask, how long does it take for books to be delivered?keltong:
My first order just went through. Thanks to all the tips here. Used Amex, almost immediately after clicking the payment button got a 'OK' message than after went to the page than says my payment got problem.
A few hours later received an email from dangdang says that my payment received.
Cool. Now is waiting for the delivery and hoping the packaging can withheld coz I order quite a number of books (17 in total). Should have read the part on the packaging problem before I order. Pray hard it will all come well.
Wonder if anyone have a faster delivery experience. -

My order was placed on Nov 18 and ding dong between them and me for the audit process. Finally order was confirmed complete audit and sent out on Dec 2. I received them on Jan 17. The books were delivered to my house. I believed it was by registered parcel.

oh dear…I bought 3 sets of series thinking they were in box set. Maybe that is what causing the delay…think I better check with DD

You can check with your credit card statement of account. I got my refund by the next statement cycle when my first order could not go through. So far, Dangdang seems like quite a professional company. My books arrived and refund also no issue. However, must be prepared to be patient. At least they don't run away with our $$.
ksme is right. You should get your refund by your next statement. Otherwise email dangdang and continue to chase them until you see your refund.[/quote]received the latest statment but can't see the refund. had wrote to dangdang and they mention will get back another 2 working days time. -
