I don't have a cane either, my five little friends are their disciplinary master. :lol:Vez:
I don't have Mr cane in my house only Miss Kneel. I made her kneel down when she naughty.

As Mr Cane is used mainly by my hubby, I have Ms Wall at my disposal. My kids hate Ms Wall so it works for me -

I have received the timetable yesterday. Have you?
I have yet to receive the letter for this Sataurday's briefing and their name tag as well.. But my BLUR girl told me this Sat parents have to go to school. Their teacher will show us their art work which will display in their classroom. Which means we got to see how their classroom look like n where is located. (not sure is it true cos she always give me the wrong informations) I thought is like Orientation Day which all the parents will sit in the School Hall.
May I know the letter is from School or from their form teacher? -
WorkingMommy:
Just did. Also got a letter from school whether to subscribe to a Maths magazine. Seems like this class quite on the ball.

WorkingMommy:

Luckily I sent my DD to HYPY class last yr or else cannot imagine what will happen to her first upcoming ting xie on monday... Using HYPY to ting xie last time our time also not like that. -

The timetable Ds1 brought back was half an A4 size - for their daily school. I would think other classes would have got that already. As for Saturday, I am guessing we should go to the hall to listen to talk...no other information (unless I never read carefully). Planning on following the crowd on that day.

No worries, a mite confusing actually, we talk about saturday, timetables and all. DS class timetable was distributed 'late' becos teacher was out sick last week. (set in context).
Anyway, want to check if kids are using the english textbook (remember the wordbank, the topic by topic books we had to buy? So far, DS only been bringing chinese and maths textbook. -

I can't rem how does the wordbank and the topic by topic books looks like (I'm sure I have it at home bcos i bought everything).

Everyday DD only bring the Chinese and Maths textbook to school. Won't want to add on to her burden unless the teacher ask for it. See her so poor thing everyday carry that \"tortoise shell\" to school. -

Same same. But I think I bought too big a bag for DS....it looks quite empty still and very big on him.

So cute...kids at this age still believe in the power of the written word.

I remembered when I was in P1 or P2 and was writing a compo about myself. I wrote that my hair was tied into 2 pony tails, and for don't know how many weeks I asked my mother to tie my hair that way because that was how I described myself. I did not want to be thought as lying
