Looks really good! And it looks a lot like the oven mitt behind it. ๐Ÿ˜„

Good to know. So is it a no-brainer like a breadmachine as far as kneading is concerned? In a breadmaker, we dump the flour etc in, leave it for a couple of hours and take out the kneaded dough. Do we do the same for a KitchenAid?

Ok, this is my sequence. Almost similar to breadmaker. No need sequence.
          1. Dump in all the ingredients.
          2. Start mixing on low speed until an elastic ball formed.
          3. Remove mixing bowl, cover with wet cloth. Let it prove for 1 hr.
          4. Take out dough. Put on my silicone sheet, shape dough, put in baking tin. Prove half hr.
          5. Bake.

Does anyone know how to make focaccia or ciabatta using the breadmachine? Any recipes? I think weโ€™d probably have to shape and bake it in the oven though right?

                  Hi all,

Iโ€™m using Severin breadmaker but i find that the bread is too wet and the crust is too hard. Anyone can share with me why is this so ?

Also, whatโ€™s the bread improver for ?
